PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT,
SERVICE CREATION &
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT CONSULTING and TRAINING
Parcus Group utilises our unique and proven
service creation and product development methodology. We have developed
this approach over many years and within many types of business environments
such as telecommunication carriers, equipment vendors and professional
services organisations. Our methodology guides all aspects of product and
service creation, from concept through
to delivery and ongoing lifecycle management and maintenance. It
ensures that the service creation process is thorough in scope and quality
and that key revenue-generating opportunities are identified and addressed
in a timely and flexible fashion.
Parcus is a facilitator in the service creation
process, so it is very important that we can work constructively and
adaptively with our customers. Since every customer is different in some way
in terms of target markets, size, goals, systems and processes - our people
are highly skilled consultants who have worked in
many different environments. We see our relationship with our customers as a
partnership in the true sense of the word: your success is our success.
Moreover, it is our best advertisement.
Our services are available in
multiple flexible engagement models, the most popular being:
- License
model. Parcus Group can offer you our intellectual property including
all the guides, methodology, tools and templates on a license to use basis.
This option is typically suitable to mature businesses who are looking to
improve on their industry best practices and comply with regulatory or
quality certification requirements.
- Outsourced service creation
model. We work with your business on a daily basis to deliver a complete
project from market research to product launch. Typical complete product
delivery is 6-9 months. Key benefits of this approach are fastest speed to
market and suitability for companies with resources constraints.
- Training
model. We work with your
senior executives to determine the strategy and product solution and then we
conduct service creation training for your in-house team to execute
delivery. Benefits of this approach include: very fast kick off, minimal
impact on client's staff time, lower cost and suitability for customers with
available staff to conduct project. Our service creation training offering
is available in the following variations:
-
Full Detailed Course: is
delivered over 10 days (delivery can be split over multiple weeks to
suit your business) and covers all the materials required to guide a
novice or experienced product manager through the development of new
product or service. Learning pace is moderate which allows for more
details coverage, better group interaction but most importantly an
opportunity for your staff to discuss specific business problems and
explore real solutions. You can see more details on our detailed
Product
Development, Product Management and Service Creation Training Course
here.
-
Customised Product
Development Training: We understand that 1-2 weeks is a long period
of time for a business. We are flexible in terms of organising and
breaking up our courses into smaller parcels of training material so
that your staff are absent only for 1-2 days at a time if that is more
suitable. We can also offer shorter courses which can be
customised and focused on the specific topics of interest to you rather
than covering the whole product development cycle.
